Color Schemes: Developing a color palette for a home that allows spaces to flow easily from one room to another.


Furniture Selection:  Determining specific pieces of upholstered frames, such as the sofas, chairs, ottomans, and headboards, and beds as well as case goods which includes the tables, desks, dressers, side tables, bookcases and occasional pieces that fit the space plan.


Lighting Selection: Identifying the style, finish, appropriate scale, direction and quality of light for the room.  In renovations and new construction, the location of down lights, outlets, and switches are also identified.
